Terms and Conditions
C.O.D., Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or prepayment by check or wire transfer. Credit terms will be determined only upon completion of an approved credit application. Initial orders prepaid or C.O.D. only.
For international orders, payments by credit card or wire transfer only.
Shipments:
We can ship anywhere in the world. T&V Surgery repairs and products are shipped via ups or federal express unless otherwise specified. Buyer is responsible fo all shipping charges, duties, and customs charges in their own country.
Prices:
prices in effect at time of order will prevail. T&V Surgery reserves the right to change prices without notice. For most current prices, please call T&V Surgery directly at 305.592.8360
Returns:
Requests for returns of merchandise must be made within ten(10) days of receipt of merchandise. Equipment must be unused and in its original packaging. The condition of the equipment, once is returned, will be determined at the discretion from T&V Surgery. All items for return are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Special Orders:
Any item which is not designated by a part number in the item number column on our invoice, is considered a special order. Special order items may require a non-refundable deposit and once purchased. These items cannot be returned.
Loaner Policy:
Call our repair department if you need a loaner for the repair being sent to us. The following policies will apply; Damage to the loaner endoscope/equipment is the responsibility of the user; any repairs needed to return the equipment to its original specifications will be invoiced on the loaner purchase order number; the customer is responsible for all loaner shipping charges.
To guarantee loaner availability, please ask a representative about service agreements that include in-house loaners.
